Services
Consulting and implementation for finance, compliance and operations automation, reporting and system integration. The accepted proposal or contract defines the specific scope.
Pricing and payment
A fixed project price is confirmed before work begins. The initial 30-minute consultation is free; discovery and subsequent work have separately agreed scope and pricing. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance with a minimum three-month term unless the proposal states otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment interest follows applicable rules.
Delivery and support
The timeline is agreed after discovery and input review. The proposal specifies delivery, dependencies, acceptance criteria, defect handling, support duration and response times. Subsequent support is agreed separately. Existing contractual commitments remain unaffected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the delivered project price. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, changes in third-party systems or lost profit.
Disputes
We seek to resolve disputes by agreement. Otherwise, competent Slovak courts at the provider’s registered office apply, subject to mandatory rules.
