Data and purpose
We process contact details, workflow descriptions, company information and voluntarily supplied systems and volume information to handle enquiries and prepare an engagement. Source, interest and campaign identifiers retain enquiry context. Contract and invoicing information is used to deliver agreed services.
Form delivery
The form uses FormSubmit to deliver messages to our company inbox. FormSubmit and the email provider process submitted information. Do not send passwords, client personal data or sensitive documents. Project data handover is agreed separately.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within six months. Contract and accounting records are retained under applicable statutory requirements.
Your rights and contact
Send requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability to office@rowsandflows.eu. Subject to applicable rules, you may object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority.
Project data
Before data handover we agree transfer methods, access, processing location, retention and deletion of working copies for the specific solution.
