When will it be ready?
We agree delivery after discovery and checking the required inputs. A small fix, new workflow and ERP integration have different scopes. Support duration and response times are agreed in the proposal.

Product terms are listed on their websites. Third-party services, licences and operating costs are separated from implementation in the proposal.
