What to prepare for a process review

Five inputs that help define a useful project scope.

    01

Describe where the process starts and ends. Who starts it, who approves the result and where does the output go?

    02

Estimate volume and frequency. Separate routine cases from exceptions that require human judgment.

    03

List systems and formats. A description or anonymised sample is enough for the first conversation; do not send credentials.

    04

Agree on success criteria: fewer manual steps, faster processing or better traceability. Measure the baseline before the pilot.
